Created and designed exclusively by Heather McCann Music, the Piano Party will set forth a musical playground for children where their natural curiosity will be piqued!
Whichever party package you choose, children will embark on a musical adventure using instruments, movement and song to unlock clues, complete tasks and construct their own learning of early musical concepts.
The Piano Party will culminate in a group performance of ‘Happy Birthday’*, where children can demonstrate their new skills in a way that they feel comfortable. This could be using percussion instruments, playing the pianos or choosing to sing.
*Disney packages will also include a performance of the chosen song.
The Piano Party is an exciting new concept which will promote collaborative working, inclusivity, and evoke a strong sense of social cohesion for the children taking part.

1. Do the children have to be able to play the piano?
No, the piano party offers an opportunity for young children to have fun and learn a little bit about music through playing the pianos.
2. You say they are educational - in what way?
All games, songs and themes have been designed and created to promote elements of early musical learning through gamification.
3. What if I need to change the party date?
Where possible, this will be accommodated. Please refer to the booking policy terms and conditions for specific information.
4. What if I need to change the timings of my party?
Where possible this will be accommodated. However, it may affect the duration of your party as Heather McCann Music may have another commitment, either before or after your party.
5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date, are payable in full as it is unlikely the date would be booked by someone else at such short notice. Please refer to the booking policy terms and conditions for specific information on all other scenarios.
6. What if you cancel?
In the event of Heather McCann Music cancelling, the cost paid would be refunded in full. Please refer to the booking policy terms and conditions for specific information.
7. What if I want to have less or more guests?
Where possible, this may be accommodated. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
8. If I want certain party games included, will you accommodate this?
With the Standard package and the Disney package, this may be possible. However,
The Themed package has been created to ensure the party flows from start to finish with a sense of purpose throughout. Please get in touch to discuss what you had in mind.
9. What if I want to book but I am outside the radius that you are offering?
Please get in touch to discuss your requirements. This would incur an extra mileage charge.
10. Can I hold a piano party at my house?
If an appropriate space is available, then it may be possible. Please get in touch to discuss this further.
11. Can I hold a piano party in my garden?
If the garden area is appropriate, then it may be possible. Please refer to the booking policy terms and conditions for specific information on outdoor requirements.
12. What size of space do you require?
A standard school classroom is probably a good guide to the space needed. Children need to be able to move around freely. Please get in touch to discuss this further.
13. My child is disabled - how would they take part?

14. My child can already play piano, would a piano party be suitable for them?
